Alpha Centauri

Alpha Centauri is a computer game very similar to the Civilization series, only it is set in the future, on an alien planet. A multinational human starship crashed on the planet, and 7 distinct factions, with their own leaders and agendas, are formed.

This game also has an expansion pack called Alien Crossfire. The game was also the setting for some novels and was made into an RPG setting for the Steve Jackson Games GURPS system.
