Andromeda Ascendant

A Glorious Heritage class Cruiser, the Andromeda Ascendant is one of the more powerful warships in the local star systems.

The Andromeda Ascendant came under heavy attack when the Systems Commonwealth started to fall. Her crew abandoned ship but the Andromeda was caught in a black hole where time froze for those that remained inside. The only human left onboard was Captain Dylan Hunt.

The Andromeda Ascendant drifted ever so slightly over the years, and 300 years after the fall of the Commonwealth, she drifted to the edge of the Event Horizon of the Black hole, meaning that for the first time she was able to be boarded. The ship was in good condition despite some mild damage and the AI, Rommie was still operational.

Over the years there have been some changes, early on, the bridge was remodelled after the Andromeda Ascendant suffered some heavy battle damage, this resulted in a more efficient bridge layout suitable for the small crew complement that is now carried.
