BDR-337 Defender Liberty Heavy Fighter

The Defender heavy fighter is a popular vessel among the Liberty armed forces. Although it is considerably more sluggish than the Patriot Light Fighter, it makes up for it with a reasonable armament. Capable of taking up to 5 Class 4 weapons and a single turret mount, patrols of these ships are easily a match for Liberty Rogue ships who are their most common opponents.

Like some of its contemparies it is also capable of carrying a Mine Launcher, Countermeasure Launcher, Cruise Disruptor or Torpedo Launcher.
