Babylon 5: River of Souls

Overview

This is the final Babylon 5 adventure filmed as part of the original series production run. It is not the final TV movie produced in the production run, however, since A Call To Arms was filmed right after this as an introduction to Crusade.

Plot Synopsis

An archaelogist meets Garibaldi on the station, claiming to have found the secret to eternal life. With him he has a Soul Hunter orb, containing a billion souls. A Soul Hunter arrives soon after him, claiming the orb was stolen from them.

Meanwhile, a holo-brothel is found to be operating on the station, and the souls use it to take on humanoid form again. The souls are angry because the Soul Hunters extinguished their lives just as they were evolving to a new form, although the Soul Hunters believed they were actually dying.

Eventually, after running loose on the station in the form of energy, and in the form of holograms in the holo-brothel, the Soul Hunter persuades them to take revenge on him, sparing the station.
