Bretonia

Bretonians are the descendants of the group of people that escaped Earth's solar system on the sleeper Ship Bretonia. Primarily made up of British people, the Bretonia's engines suffered a malfunction and when they made their way to the Sirius system the best areas had already been claimed.

The areas that were claimed turned out to be rich in minerals, although being on the edge of the Sirius system, some of their trade lanes and gates are a bit isolated, sometimes necessitating a roundabout journey.

Bretonia has only a few criminal groups, one of which, the Molly's is a descendant of Irish stock.

Bretonia is ruled by a constitutional monarchy, at present a Queen.
