Psi-Judge Cassandra Anderson

Psi-Judge Anderson first came to prominence with the appearance of Judge Death in Mega-City One. After Death's physical body was destroyed, she drew in the spirit of Judge Death and she was sealed in Boinng, the miracle near unbreakable plastic. Anderson was regarded as having made the supreme sacrifice, that although she was still alive, she could never be released while she still imprisoned the spirit of Judge Death.

Death was released when the other three Dark Judges came to Mega-City One, and despite her imprisonment, Anderson was in good health and assisted Judge Dredd in pursuing the Dark Judges back to Deadworld and apparently destroying them.

Anderson was also part of the Apocalypse Squad, who seized an East Meg Strato-V Assault Craft and captured East Meg missile silo Bostock 7. This enabled Dredd to launch TADS at East Meg One and bringing a quick end to the Apocalypse War.

Anderson, like most Psi-Judges has a more flippant attitude than a normal street judge and sometimes her sense of humour can be a source of consternation to the more straight laced Judges like Dredd or Chief Judge McGruder. Despite this, Anderson is a sensitive individual and has had occasion to doubt her duty after the suicide of her friend Judge Cory.
