Commander Charles

A high ranking officer back in the Visitor home systems, Charles took over command of the Visitor armada on Earth infuriating Diana in the process.

Charles had quite a reputation among the female Visitors and was reputed to be charming. Upon assuming command of the fleet he also announced that he was there to take a wife, he selected Diana which displeased her intensely as it meant she would be sent back to the homeworld. However, Lydia, already smitten with Charles was jealous and plotted to poison Diana's drink. Diana however switched cups, seemingly in a romantic gesture, but probably because she suspected that Lydia would do something like this. In doing so she solved two problems, she removed the problem of being sent home and would rid herself of a hated rival.

However, the arrival of Phillip, the Inspector General stopped that and a full investigation was launched into the circumstances surrounding Charles death.
