Cloudbase

Cloudbase is an immense flying 'aircraft carrer' and command and control platform. It serves as the Headquarters for the Spectrum organisation, and its location is kept secret.

Kept aloft by four nuclear-combine engines, the Cloudbase can re-deploy itself almost anywhere in the world. Cloudbase is protected from aerial attack in a number of ways. It's altitude of 40,000 feet puts it out of the reach of many conventional aircraft and it that fails, the Angel Interceptors will destroy any determined pilot.

Cloudbase is under the command of Colonel White.
