SS Daria

The Daria was an immense colony ship launched by the Darian people hundreds of years before. The ship was five miles wide by twenty miles long. It first came into contact with Moonbase Alpha when Alpha received an automated distress call.

The Daria had in fact suffered from reactor problems flooding the ships with lethal doses of radiation. Much of the ship was in disrepair and the people in those areas had been left to fend for themselves. Originally, it was obvious that there was huge tracts of the ship given over to agriculture but by the time Alpha came into contact, much of this was all but destroyed. Only the command deck, sealed off from the rest of the ship had any semblance of real organisation.
