An Eagle consists of three primary sections.

The Command Module, sometimes known as the 'beak' houses twin seats for the Pilot and Co-Pilot. The main body houses the framework and engines of the craft. A small airlock corridor leads from the Command Module to the centre part of the framework, and another corridor from the Engines to the centre.

The third part is the module. There are a number of modules which will be covered in other entries, but the basic transporter module can seat about 12 people in relative comfort. Each transport module has a number of accessories including Spacesuits, a laser rifle and a rack of Stun Guns. A Moonbuggy is discreetly carried behind a panel in the front section.

Eagles are sturdy craft with powerful rocket motors, and often they can survive crash landings which would write off other craft.

The Eagle follows a modular concept common to Earth Craft of the time and the same design concepts can be seen in the Swift, Hawk, Superswift and Meta and Ultra Probes.
