Rear Admiral Eugene Wilford

Eugene Wilford was an officer in the Terran Confederation but after the Confed-Kilrathi warhe decided to try and help build up the Borderworlds forces. Because of his experience he was made a Rear Admiral.

After the Black Lance crises, Christopher Blair recommended that Wilford be made Captain of the TCS Midway. Wilford transferred his commision and took up the rank of Captain but remains a Rear Admiral in the Border Worlds reserves.
