Colonel Fehdman Kassad

Fehdman Kassad is of Palestinian ancestry. He was born into poverty on the longtime terraformed Mars, and lived his youth as a member of one of many teenage gangs in his rough slums neighbourhood.

Kassad became infamous after FORCE, the Hegemony's military, managed to defeat the Ouster invasion forces on the frontier planet of Bressia under his command, that also resulted in appaling collateral damage and loss of life. That pyrric victory earned Kassad the monicker: 'The Butcher of Bressia'.
