Deputy Chief Judge Fish

Deputy Chief Judge Fish was perhaps the most unusual candidate to fill the role of Deputy Chief Judge of Mega City One. Appointed by the tyrant Chief Judge Cal as his deputy, Fish made daily proclamations to the terrified citizens of Mega City One.

Only Cal seemed to have reached an understanding with Fish as he was the only one who seemingly knew what he said. After all, he just blew bubbles like any other fish.

Judge Fish was killed by one of Cal's own Judges in an attempt to end the tyranny over Mega City One. Cal declared a day of mourning and was extremely unhappy when no one attended the full Judical funeral.
