GDI

The Global Defense Initiative (GDI) is a UN military force in the game Command and Conquer. Their primary mission is to stop the Brotherhood of Nod from conquering the world. The GDI must also stop the spread of Tiberium before the world become uninhabitable.

The GDI is the successor to the Alliance of Democratic Nations.
