Infection

An old friend of Doctor Franklin's secretly brings some unknown alien technology onto the station. After inadvertantly activating the device, his assistant turns into an eight-foot-tall killing machine, and goes on a rampage through the station.

This has the distinction of being the first episode of Babylon 5 to have been filmed since the pilot, one year previously. Doctor Kyle is mentioned as having departed the station, Doctor Franklin arriving as his replacement.
