Lieutenant Colonel Jacob Manley

Jacob Manley, callsign 'Hawk', was a pilot with the Terran Confederation who later defected to the Union of Borderworlds during the Black Lance crisis. While there, he shared the duties of Executive Officer of the BWS Intrepid with Tamara Farnsworth. Both pilots respected each other, but while Farnsworth believed in preserving civilian life first and foremost, Manley was all about hitting the enemy the hardest, regardless of the consequences.

Manley was readmitted into Confed after the crisis with the Black Lance was over, and later served as a senior pilot on the TCS Midway.
