Jupiter Mining Corporation

Jupiter Mining Corporation are the owners of the mining vessel Red Dwarf. They are a system wide mining company who operate a number of deep space mining vessels.

They draw in a wide spectrum of personnel. They prefer officers to be Space Corp trained. The work is boring, sometimes dangerous but fairly reasonably paid, the tours of duty are fairly lengthy, so JMC ships have to be well equipped.

One of their main bases seems to be the moon Ganymede.
