Lawgiver

The Lawgiver is the standard sidearm of the Mega City Judges. Infinitely more capable than the standard black market slugthrowers, the Lawgiver fires a variety of ammunition types.

These include standard Armor piecing,gas round,heatseeker, high explosive, incendiary and ricochet. A Judge carries a quantity of each type of round with him at all times, there is also stowage for extra ammunition on the Lawmaster bike.

Each Judges personal Lawgiver is palm print protected so that only that Judge can use the weapon. This prevents criminals from using a Judges weapon against them. Tampering with the sensor can cause the weapon to explode.

Despite the Judges having access to larger weapons like the Shotgun carried in a carry case on the Lawmaster bike, the Lawgiver is the weapon most often used.
