Leviathan

A transport ship, the Leviathan class is a complicated living organism. At it's core is a 'Pilot', another living creature that acts as both friend to the ship and liason between the crew and the Leviathan.

Leviathans are typically gentle creatures. A Leviathan can easily starburst away from its present location, although trying to precisely plot a destination is nearly impossible. Once a Leviathan starbursts it must take time to regenerate the energy expended. Some Leviathans have been enslaved by the Peacekeepers and their Starburst facility overridden with control collars.

The Leviathan class does not carry any weapons as standard. They are capable of reproduction, by giving birth to younger Leviathans.
