EAS Lexington

The EAS Lexington under Captain Sterns is part of the taskforce which encounters the Minbari Warcruiser Drala'Fi, or Black Star. Captain Sterns is killed in the first exchange of fire and the Lexington is left crippled.

The Lexington's main drive systems are disabled, only docking thrusters are operational at the moment, and there is not enough time to repair them.

Her Executive Officer, Lt Commander John Sheridan lures the Black Star in with a fake distress call and destroys the Black Star with nuclear charges seeded in an asteroid field.

The Lexington is still heavily damaged and puts in for a refit. It is unknown whether she took part in the Battle of the Line.
