IlKhan Lincoln Osis

Last Ilkhan of the Clans, and the last Khan of Clan Smoke Jaguar. Lincoln Osis was of the Elemental genotype making him a powerful individual physically. He must have also had some political savvy as it was unusual for an Elemental to achieve high office in any Clan, never mind the conservative Smoke Jaguars, and it was even more of a feat for an Elemental to achieve the Ilkhan office.

Lincoln Osis was killed in battle with Prince Victor Steiner-Davion on Strana Mechty. The death of their Khan more or less signalled the end of Clan Smoke Jaguar.
