Max Guevara

Max Guevara, also known as X5-452 is the product of the Manticore genetic engineering program supervised by Colonel Donald Lydecker.

Max is of the X5 series, one of the first truly succesful products of Manticore. Looking entirely normal, except for a barcode tatoo on her neck, Max has some feline genes in her DNA. This gives her enhanced abilities including agility, sight and speed among others. A slight drawback is like most felines, every so often she is 'in heat'.

Max and some of her comrades escaped the Manticore facility when they were very young and scattered across the countryside. Max eventually settled in Seattle and got herself a job as a courier with the Jam Pony organisation. At nights she engaged in petty burglary to fund her search for information on her escaped brothers and sisters.

Eventually she met Logan Cale, who was also Eyes Only, the person who makes covert illegal broadcasts incriminating criminal figures on the television network.
