Mind War

A Psi-Cop, Alfred Bester, arrives on Babylon 5 looking for a rogue telepath. Jason Ironheart is Talia's old mentor, and Bester expects him to try and make contact with her.

Meanwhile, Commander Sinclairs old girlfriend, Catherine Sakai, negotiates with Ambassador G'Kar over the rights to survey a desolate planet for IPX. Despite his warnings of strange goings on in that area she goes there anyway.

This episode features plenty of history and exploration of the subject of telepaths, and how they are regulated by the government.
