Miraborg Class Dropship

The Miraborg Class Dropship is one of the newer dropship classes in service with the Clans. It takes it's name from Kapten Tyra Miraborg, who sacrificed her life to ram her crippled Shilone Aerofighter into the bridge of the Clan flagship Direwolf.

The Clans agreed to name this dropship class in such a way to honour her bravery, an act which was unusual for the Clans at that time considering what their general opinion of Inner Sphere militaries were.
