Judge Mortis

Judge Mortis, another of the Dark Judges is one of the most distinctive of the four.

His head is the bony head of a horse, and his method of killing is purely by touch. Like his name suggests, the touch of Judge Mortis brings a slow, horrifying decay of the victim, perhaps the most terrible of the four Dark Judges attacks.

Like the others, he was originally a human until the Sisters of Death used their occult arts to transform him. He was one of the Dark Judges who came to Mega-City One to try to rescue Judge Death from his imprisonment.
