One of the more vital units under your command, the scavanger searches the surface of a planet for scrap bio metal. When brought back to the recycler or a scrap silo, this scrap can then be used to construct other units and buildings.
Completely unarmed, its only defence is a thick layer of EDD armor and a scavenger is therefore a prime trget for Soviet forces.
