National Space Defense Force (NSDF)

The NSDF was founded in 1958 by president Dwight D. Eisenhower for the dual purposes of gathering Bio-metal in space and fighting the CCA. In order to keep its progress and actions a secret from the USSR, its existence was hidden from the public and from later administrations. To accomplish this, it was kept seperate from NASA, which was founded at the same time, while its funds came through the NSA.
