Norad II

The Norad II was the personal warship of Terran Confederacy commander Edmund Duke. The vessel was an upgraded Behemoth-class battlecruiser, with advanced armor (in-game, 700 HP vs 500 HP for other Battlecruisers) and an especially powerful weapon suite (in-game, 50 vs 25 baseline damage points). From this ship, Duke commanded his Confederate forces.

The Norad II was at one point downed by Zerg Scourge and crash-landed on the planet Mar Sara. However, a valiant rescue - by esrtwhile ally Jim Raynor and his band of soldiers - saved Duke and the Norad II from certain destruction by Zerg forces. The vessel was repaired and escaped from that danger.

The Norad II then served in a number of other engagements during the ongoing Koprulu conflict, eventually serving under Arcturus Mensgk in the Terran Dominion. However, the ship was destroyed and Duke killed by Zerg forces led by the traitorous Infested Kerrigan, as part of her complex schemes to become the sole power in the Koprulu Sector.
