Olympus Class Corvette

The Olympus is one of the oldest classes of ships still in service with the Earth Alliance. A small patrol ship, it is one of the only EA vessels that has a railgun.

At one time the Olympus was a very numerous ship, but the Earth-Minbari war took it's toll on their numbers and many of them were destroyed.

However, the survivors have continued in service with the Alliance for many years, probably because a replacement has not really been designed.
