Optimus Prime

'Freedom is the right of all sentient beings.'

Leader of the Autobots, Optimus Prime is as wise as he is powerful. Keeper of the sacred Creation Matrix, he has been charged with the awesome responsibility of preventing Megatron and his Decepticons from achieving their goal of the conquests of Earth and Cybertron.

The Autobots loyalty to him is unwavering, and he repays this by caring deeply for his troops. Never would he ask them to perform a task that he would not carry out himself, and can always be found at the head of an attack, leading his men from the front. He feels personally responsible for the war being brought to Earth, and thereby endangering the planet's natives. As such, he remains on Earth to carry the fight to the Decepticons, preventing them from plundering the planet's resources.

Optimus has the ability to transform into a flat-nose truck and trailer.
