Controller Paul Morrow

Controller Paul Morrow is effectively Koenigs second in command after Moonbase Alpha breaks away from Earth orbit. The title and responsibilities of Controller are never made entirely clear, but it seems that he serves as the equivalent of an air traffic controller, co-ordinating the activities and courses of spacecraft with Alphan 'airspace', he also acts as a liason between departments and the Commander when necessary.

Other responsibilities seem to include such things as the allocation of power in a crisis.

Early on he has a short lived relationship with Sandra Benes, a computer operative in Main Mission.

Paul can seem to have a rather gruff and abrupt exterior but can be rather friendly when you get to know him, but he doesn't let emotions cloud his judgement.
