EAS Pollux

Commanded by Captain Elizabeth Morgenstern, the EAS Pollux, along with the EAS Heracles, was guilty of firing on, and destroying three Earth starliners that contained civilian refugees.

For this barbaric act, Captain Sheridan instructed his forces to regard the Heracles and Pollux as hostile, before he set out to liberate Proxima III. Despite being urged to surrender or leave the area by Captain Sheridan, the Pollux fought a fierce fight against the forces of Babylon 5.

In the end, the Pollux was destroyed when she fired on and hit a Whitestar; the Whitestar tumbled and collided with the Pollux at its hanger bay. Significant damage having already been dealt, this explosion in the hanger bay caused the vessel to explode and go down with all hands.
