Principality of Zeon

The Principality of Zeon is a rebel dictatorship in the anime series Mobile Suit Gundam. Founded by Degwin Zabi, the Principality succeded the Republic of Zeon after the death of its first leader. Zeon created a large military force and started a war of independence from the Earth Federation. The One Year War caused massive destruction on both sides.

Zeon first introduced Mobile Suit technology during the One Year War.
