Colonel Ralgha Nar Hallas

Ralgha Nar Hallas, callsign Hobbes was a Kilrathi noble who seemingly defected to the Terran Confederation with his ship and crew. Initially treated with suspicion, he gave information that was useful to Confed and eventually was granted permission to join the Confed Space Forces.

Eventually posted to the TCS Victory, years after his defection, it was revealed that he had never changed alleigance, and that in fact the personality that had been there during his time in Confed was an artificial overlay. It was destroyed by a coded signal from Prince Thrakhath. He betrayed the weaknesses of the Behemoth superweapon and killed Lt Laurel Buckley who had been ever suspicious of the Kilrathi defector.
