Rovhu

Rohvu was a Leviathan used by the Peacekeepers to transport the criminally insane creature Kaarvok.

Rohvu was extremely badly damaged, and his pilot badly mutilated because Kaarvok and his insane 'clones' of the Peacekeepers were essentially eating the ship while it was still alive.

The Leviathan had been extremely badly damaged and its pilot was constantly mutilated by having its arms chopped off then allowed to regenerate.

Crichton mercifully released Rohvu from its pain by activating the Starburst drive when it was too weak to successfully do so.
