SA-43 Hammerhead

The preferred endo/exo-atmospheric fighter of the USMC Space Cavalry, the tough, agile Hammerhead is armed with chin- and spine-mounted turreted rail-guns and may mount missiles or other stores on the pylons under each wing. The detachable cockpit module acts as an escape pod in emergencies, and the wings fold upwards to save hangar-space aboard carriers.
