Commander Sandra Levitt

Commander Sandra Levitt was XO of the EAS Heracles during her blockade of Proxima 3, and was also present when the Heracles fired on civilian starliners. She respects the chain of command and doesn't believe it is the job of the military to dictate policy or decide which orders should be obeyed.

Despite this, when the Heracles was disarmed, she ordered the removal of Captain Hall from the bridge as he would not surrender, and she felt there was no need to sacrifice the crew in a hopeless gesture. She took the Heracles and sat out the rest of the conflict. It's unknown what happened to her after Earth was retaken, though it is assumed that she would have stood before a board of inquiry like Captain Hall, it is not known exactly what happened.
