Skutter

The small service robots that serve on Red Dwarf have the unenviable task of cleaning up after Lister as well as doing menial jobs for Rimmer. This has changed with the Skutters becoming more rebellious. Now Lister's areas stay messy and the Skutters always find something else to do when Rimmer is around.

Recently the Skutters on board Red Dwarf have become fond of John Wayne, and regularly skip their duties and watch John Wayne films on board the ship's cinema.
