Charged with defending Earth from the Mysterons, Spectrum's base of operations is Cloudbase, an airborne carrier containing five fighters.

In charge of Spectrum is Colonel White.

Spectrum agents do not use their actual names, they are assigned a colour as their code name. The Angels, an all female fighter squadron use a different codename system.

Spectrum is a multinational organisation.
